Hi my name is Kristi and I am currently a freshman at UCF. I love Orlando and never want to leave Central Florida. I want to teach kindergarten after I graduate because I think kindergarten is where kids learn the most. They leave the classroom knowing how to read and write, which absolutely amazes me. I was born and raised in Venice, Florida. It is five minutes away from the beach, so I was there constantly. Venice is on the west coast of Florida, about an hour away from Tampa. The picture of me is from my cruise to Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. I love cruises and my parents took my best friend and myself on one this summer. I am also going to the Dominican Republic this summer for a month to work with kids. Some random things about me: I absolutely love dogs. I have a dog named Casey who is the sweetest golden retriver I have ever met. My favorite color is blue. My favorite thing to do is sleep. If I'm not sleeping I'm either shopping or at New Smyrna Beach. I am absolutely obsessed with the Orlando Magic. Dwight Howard goes to my church (I haven't ever spoken to him though.) I go to the Gathering Place which is a very modern church. It scared me the first time I went there because I always attended a traditional church when I was younger. When I go home over Christmas and Spring Break I visit the old teachers I used to volunteer with. I am constantly doodling on any free paper available. I live in the towers and will next year too. I am on the Outreach Team for SGA. My roommates are like my sisters and we have the strangest conversations in the world. I could drive for hours and never get bored. I live off of turkey burgers, subway, and hot pockets. My favorite thing about my friends is that each one of them is completely different than the other. I have an amazing boyfriend who lives a half an hour away, so I am constantly in Sanford. I love every single person in my life and I don't know what I would do without them and I am the most random person you will ever meet.
